Bestest Friends
These are people Harley has become both very fond of and extremely attached to. Whether they've met once or several times, she considers these people her closest friends. These are also the people who she absolutely would not like to see get hurt and would probably defend like an overprotective mommy.

	Meesy (Misa Amane) - 2cute2bkira Harley's first ever roommate in this place! Meesy's always been a pleasure to talk to and seems like she really has her head on straight, even if her taste in boyfriends is really boring. She was sent home for a while but then came back! As her first real friend in this place, Harley has a special fondness for her.
	Sheenie (Sheena Fujibayashi) - misuhomaiden Funny girl who's easy to tease and fun to talk to. Though she's a friend of both, she's not as stiff as Rainy or as energetic as Yukkie. She's apparently some kind of purple-clothed ninja-girl with exploding card powers. She can sometimes be a little mopey and worry over silly things, but she's a good kid.
	Tennie (Utena Tenjou) - roseoverture A girl Harley met in the Greenhouse who wants to be one of those fairy tale hero princes. Despite the fact that she's newish here, she seems really tough willed while still being fun to talk to. She knows exactly what to say to lift spirits, which is a big deal here. She has a friend back home who'd get along with Red.
	Yukkie / Yukari (Yukari Yakumo) - mind_the_sukima Sheenie's girlfriend or something. Yukkie's supposed to be some kind of demon girl called a 'youkai,' though she seems more playful than demonic. The girlie's got powers that let her make teleportation holes in the air. She's energetic and lots n' lots of fun! Harley feels like she and Yukkie are on the same wavelength about most things.

Normal Friends
People who haven't turned her away or ticked her off are instant friends. These are people Harley likes and considers friends whether the feeling is mutual or no. She doesn't consider them boring to talk to and tends to regard them as a semi-interested little sister. She'd rather they not get hurt either, but she's not breaking her back to protect them or anything.

	Endy (Endrance) - oftemptation Really tall, blue-haired pretty boy from France or something. Harley doesn't know much about him, but he seems relatively harmless despite being so huge. In fact, he's kind of absent-minded and easily distracted. Still, Harley was pretty touched when he checked up on her and Scar's safety, so he's a definite friend. Even if he's quiet.
	Jiraiya - toadally4boobs A really big guy with white hair and tattoos on his face. They didn't really get to talk for long, but he seems a lot easier to talk to than most other people here. The poor guy was stuck eating rations before this place. He said something about being in a ninja gang or something back home. Maybe he's a friend of Sheena's?
	Kaidy / Kaids (Alkaid) - constelles A guy who got one of those operations to become a really cute-looking girl. This is her first ever institute, but she considers being here some kind of game or something. She's really animated and seems like a lot of fun to talk to. It looks like the poor girlie doesn't get out much, though, since Harley hasn't seen her for a while...
	Matt-o (Matt Murdock) - paper_murdock He was new to the place when she first met him, but he actually laughed while greeting her, which is amazing for a building full of grouches. Unlike a lot of people when they first get in, he seemed more interested in fun things to do than ways to escape or anything. He looks like a pretty boring guy, but looks can be deceiving.
	Rainy (Raine Sage) - per_ardua Harley's Roommate #2! She's extremely quiet and reads books a lot and actually conversing with her is like pulling teeth sometimes. Harley's sure the poor thing could be cured if she could only get a boyfriend. Since Raine's powers could possibly revive her angel if he is dead, Harley has sworn to help her find love as an exchange.
	Scar - longlivetehking An oh-so-creatively named, gruff looking gangster guy. As one of the few others here from a gang, Harley feels a bit of common ground with him. He has this kind of snobby attitude that's just hilarious to listen to, but he's always real nice to her! Seems like he grew up in a gang cause he can be a little ignorant at times.
	Shades / Baldy (Rude) - silent_shades A big bald guy with some kind of eye sensitivity problem. Harley figured the guy was also a mute during their first meeting, but apparently that's not the case. [Pending for further details as the current Nightshift exploits continue. So placeholder placeholder placeholder placeholder placeholder]
	Spidey / Baldy (Spider Jerusalem) - iwascloned Really loud bald guy who likes to yell and hit things. He's a reporter or something like that. Half the time, he's really insightful and motivational. Other times, he's confusing and stupid. She thinks of him less as a friend and more as that crazy alcoholic uncle who comes to visit and tell funny stories.
	Subby (Subzero) - icy_demise A big muscle-bound grumpy looking guy who'd make a pretty good goon. He's kind of snippy, actually, but he went out of his way to help her out and protect her from this big monster-cat thing. He's got an ice gun or ice powers or something, kind of like that Freeze guy. About as sociable as him, too. But it looks like he's just shy.

Neutral
Ehhhh. She doesn't care about them one way or the other. They're probably boring and not worth paying attention to anyway. A few might be interesting to poke fun at. Maybe.

	Blondie (Kristoph Gavin) - dasgift A friend of Mr. Crane's. Harley was never actually introduced to him, so she doesn't know much about him. All she knows is that he and Crane had a bit of a spat about Blondie's patient file. He seems pretty quiet and boring, really. Stuffy. The type of person who would sit around and want to discuss stocks or croquet or something.
	Brucie (Bruce Wayne) - gothamnight Same old Brucie minus the suit. Harley feels there's some kind of juicy gossip behind why Wayne would be sent to a mental clinic, but he wasn't up for talking much. Boring. She has absolutely no idea how the poor little Rich Boy is lasting in this place. Probably weeping his head off somewhere. ...Is he even still around?

Dislikes
These people rub her the wrong way for one reason or another. Since they're annoying, she just prefers to avoid them or not talk to them. If she does cross paths with them, she won't bother hiding her displeasure.

	Doctor S (Dr. Stegman) - damned_doctors A doctor who works here, which immediately means he's on the "I Don't Like You" list. Though she hates these deadpan asylum doctors in general, she really doesn't like this guy for some reason. She wants to see if she can mess around with him a bit during sessions, but on second thought, she'd rather avoid him completely.
	Stupid Robot (HK-47) - arc_wrench This stupid thing attacked both she and Spider in the Entrance Room. Harley has absolutely no idea that this is an actual patient wandering around somewhere on the premises. She figured it was just a really bastardly security robot. The burns on her arm have guaranteed she's never trying for the front door ever again.

Hates
These people can die in a fire and she will be more than happy enough to light it herself. These people have pissed her off to the point of vindication and better watch their backs.

Bats / Batsy / B-Man / Bat-Breath / etc. (Batman) - gothamnight
Aside from him being the blasted Bat, he's also the figure who haunts her puddin' pop the most. Though he's tormented The Joker past forgiveness, his presence is also a big part of Mr. J's game; it's hard to play without an opponent after all. She regards him as a big bully and Mr. J's rival, which is why she gets a bit lost should he ever do anything nice for her.

Hood / Red Hood (Jason Todd) - no_ones_son
This bastard stalked Mr. J, beat him to the point of breaking nearly every bone in his body, tied the poor darling to a building's support pillar, and blew the whole building up. Needless to say, this guy is dead. You hear? DEAD! JUST DIE!! DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIIIIIIIIEEEEE!!!!!

Misses
People who Harley liked but are gone now, whether dead or sent home. She misses them enough to get sad if she thinks about it too long.

Crane-y / Mr. Crane (Jonathan Crane) - scaredy_crow
A guy who thinks he's the Professor Crane / Scarecrow from back home. He had some story about alternate realities or something. Either way, he was a nice guy who gave her company from time to time and watched over her one night when she got sedated. It's good that he got to go home, but Harley kind of misses talking to him...
